Matthew Collier
Matthew
Collier is the Managing Director of CBG and is a Chartered Member of
the Institute of Personnel and Development. After completing his studies,
Matthew worked as a Human Resource Manager for several years before
taking a position operating a factory in China where he developed the
skills and experience necessary to assist companies setting up ventures
in China. Matthew speaks English, French and Spanish and has a basic
understanding of German and Mandarin Chinese. |

Andy Morley
Andy Morley is an English national based in Taiwan, who has worked in
Greater China for the last 14 years. Andy is a fluent Mandarin speaker
with a background in engineering and experience in supporting many different
types of manufacturing projects in both Taiwan and China for UK companies. |

Fannie Sun
Fannie
obtained her master degree in Finance from The University of Manchester.
After graduating Fannie worked as a Business and Finance advisor working
within the field of Merger and Acquisition. Fannie has involved numerous
business consultant projects including setting up new plants for British
companies in China. She is very familiar with the investment policies
and procedure and corporate finance in China. Fannie speaks fluent Mandarin,
Cantonese, Shanghainese and English. |

Zou Fu Sun
Mr Zou graduated from Jian Xi Teachers College with a major in Physics
and Wireless Engineering. He has worked in the Electronic industry
as a Factory Manager for more than 10 years. More recently Mr Zou has
also worked as a manager in the Shenzhen Long Gang Investment Centre
and the Shenzhen Foreign Economic Development Department. Mr Zou has
a rich experience of industrial knowledge, factory management, government
policy covering foreign investment and statutory procedures concerning
company formation. |

Vivian Huang
Yan
Vivian graduated from Wuhan University in 1999. With four years experience
working as an advisor assisting the set up of foreign invested companies
and the development of government relationships, Vivian is familiar
with local investment policy and the routine procedures for company
incorporation in China. Vivian is also well versed in the details of
Chinese Labour Law and the wage and social insurance policy in Shenzhen.
Vivian speaks fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English, as well as basic
Japanese. |

Li Zheng Min
Mr Li Zheng Min obtained his Law Degree and Master in Law Degree from
West South Politics and Law University in China. He specializes in company
law, contract law, real estate law, patent law and criminal law. He
was engaged as an contract arbitrator for the State Science and Technology
Department and Shenzhen Arbitration Department. He worked as a director
for the Economic Law Consulting Department under the Shenzhen Government
Administration Office. |
